It has been my lifelong pursuit to bridge the worlds of business, psychology, and education to cultivate leaders who not only think critically but also act consciously.

Throughout my professional journey of dual doctoral degrees in Economics and Psychology, along with certifications from Harvard and Yale, I continue my seek in deeply understanding human and organizational behavior, while leveraging the same to drive transformative outcomes.

Over the past 36 years, I have had the privilege of working across diverse geographies like India, Australia, the South Pacific, Africa, and South Asia, all while leading consulting engagements, managing large-scale technology and business transformations, and mentoring leaders in performance management and executive development. My work spans sectors such as IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, Energy, Banking, Retail, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, and Behavioral Health. Having developed the insight as an academic leader post years of rigorous autodidactic lessons, I have always believed in education as a catalyst for real-world change.

My tenure as Director and Visiting Faculty at institutions such as IIM Mumbai (NITIE), IIT Madras, SPJIMR, and S P Jain School of Global Management have been dedicated to introducing global management programs, fostering international collaborations, building incubation centers, and promoting research-driven and technology-enabled learning.

Beyond academia, my entrepreneurial and consulting ventures, including my leadership role as Group CEO of Darwin Platform Group of Companies and as Principal Consultant to Dassault Systèmes, have enriched my understanding of strategy, innovation, and the human element in business success. My social enterprise, 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation, remains close to my heart, focusing on mental health and well-being, a cause I deeply advocate.

Today, as Group Director of the School of Liberal Arts and the School of Business and Strategy at Dnyaan Prasad Global University, alongside my role as Director at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, my vision remains clear: to nurture a generation of thinkers, innovators, and leaders who challenge conventions, embrace empathy, and reimagine the future with courage and clarity. I believe the role of education is not merely to prepare students for a career, but to prepare them for life and instill in them the mindset to question, create, and lead with purpose. That is the spirit we aim to uphold in every endeavor, every classroom, and every conversation.
