Governing Body
The strategic and operational governance of the DPGU School of Business and Strategy is vested in a central Governing Body, which provides final approval on all major decisions and comprehensive institutional oversight.
IQAC
The institute has established an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), comprising the heads of key academic and administrative units, as well as faculty members and eminent educationists. The objectives of the cell are to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institute and to enhance quality.
Academic Council
The Academic Council gathers input from various academicians in different roles to suggest best practices at both strategic and operational levels within the institute. The members help enhance the curriculum and lend strategic and operational direction to help the institute achieve its vision and desired outcome.
Board of Studies
The Board of Studies (BoS) is the basic constituent of the academic system of an Institute. Its functions include framing the content of various courses, reviewing and updating the content from time to time, introducing new courses of study, etc.
Start–Up and Innovation Cell
The institute believes in the holistic development of the students. The Start-Up and Innovation Cell at the institute inspires innovation, research, and entrepreneurial activities. It also provides a platform for start-ups by budding entrepreneurs to turn their innovative ideas into reality. It also helps the students in obtaining patents and commercialising their innovative ideas.
Internal Complaints Committee
The institute has an Internal Complaints Committee as per the guidelines of UGC. The committee consists of six members – four from among the employees, one from the students’ body, and one representative of an NGO. The committee examines complaints related to harassment based on gender. The committee meets immediately upon the receipt of a complaint, or at least twice every year, even if there are no complaints.
Anti–Ragging Committee
The Anti–Ragging Committee has been formed as per the provisions of the Anti-Ragging Act. The purpose of the committee is to create awareness about the detrimental effects of ragging and take swift action against any such incident in the institute that amounts to ragging.
Prevention of Cast-Based Discrimination Committee
The Prevention of Cast-Based Discrimination Committee has been established as per the guidelines of the UGC. Students can approach any member of the committee or its chairman for redress of any grievance(s) regarding academic, administrative, or social problems.
Grievance Redressal Committee
The Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed as per the guidelines of the UGC. The committee functions to provide a grievance redressal mechanism for the redressal of certain grievances of students already enrolled or seeking enrolment in the institute. A complaint from an aggrieved student has to be addressed to the chairman of the committee.
Student Grievance Redressal Committee
The institute has constituted a Student Grievance Redressal Committee as per the directives of the UGC.
